To register and maintain an Account on the qq121 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:
Age Verification: qq121 actively enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any withdrawal requests from that Account denied pending investigation. Real-money winnings generated on an Account opened by an underage person may also be forfeited in full.
Each eligible person may hold one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete the qq121 KYC process by submitting at minimum: (a) a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence); (b) proof of address dated within the last three months (bank statement or utility bill); and (c) where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal request being declined and the Account placed under review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication code with any third party. qq121 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
Account Security Tip: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your Account settings immediately after registration. 2FA adds a critical second layer of security that protects your Account and Wallet even if your password is compromised. qq121 strongly recommends all Members activate 2FA at the earliest opportunity.
All transactions on the qq121 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). qq121 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. The following payment methods are currently supported:
Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time in the case of digital wallet transactions, and within 5–15 minutes for interbank transfers during normal banking hours. Deposits received outside standard processing windows (including Indonesian public holidays) may take longer to reflect.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes applicable to your VIP tier: Standard members within 24 hours; Gold and Platinum within 12 hours; Diamond within 6 hours; and Black Diamond members receive priority processing with a target turnaround of 2 hours subject to banking infrastructure. Withdrawal Method Rule: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. qq121 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source if a withdrawal cannot be completed to a verified matching account.
qq121 does not charge Members any transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which qq121 accepts no responsibility.

Sportsbook: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, FIFA). In-play bets accepted after a material event (goal, red card, retirement) but before that event is reflected in the live odds feed are void. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to return; a void selection reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs at the applicable odds.
Live Casino: All live dealer game outcomes are final once the dealer announces "no more bets." Any disconnection from a live dealer session after the bet is placed does not void the bet. The Company's server-side records of game outcomes are the authoritative record in any dispute.
Slot Games: All slot game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are available in the individual game information panel.
